This fall after starting at Bader Rutter & Associates my co-worker, Katelyn, and I were asked to be on the agency NAMA team. Our responsibilities consisted of gathering the literature pieces, proofing entry forms, and submitting them to NAMA for the regional competition. Through a lot of work it proved to be a great way to get to know our colleagues throughout the agency and see other work that is done outside of the account we work on, Pfizer.
Our responsibilities ended with a fun trip to Chicago for the Best of NAMA Regional Ceremony. It was exciting to see what Bader Rutter were recognized and proceeding to the National competition this spring. It was great to be a part of this project from start to finish. With the several awards and recognitions Bader Rutter received it make me proud to part of the agency. As my agri-marketing career broadens it is my goal to someday submit my own entries and contribute to the success of Bader Rutter.
